🧭 Eisenor Terms and Conditions

Terms governing the use of 🧭 Eisenor and related services.

1. Service Description

🧭 Eisenor is a Telegram bot through which each user may connect and manage one Telegram bot: after accepting terms and privacy, linking is done either via Telegram’s managed-bot creation flow (with Eisenor as the managing bot) or by providing a valid @BotFather token. The connected bot can send scheduled or immediate posts to groups and channels where it is a member, with optional scheduled deletion and Pin, staff summaries, and chat management. Plans include Free (with periodic Bottaviano promotional messages about every two days) and Pro (Payhip license: no periodic promos, moderators on the user’s bot).

2. User Responsibilities

• The user is responsible for the bot token and all actions performed through the connected bot.
• The user must comply with Telegram policies and applicable laws.
• Abusive, illegal, or harmful uses are prohibited.

3. Plans and Payments

• Free and Pro plans differ mainly by periodic Bottaviano advertising (Free) versus no periodic ads (Pro), and by moderator limits (none on Free, unlimited on Pro). Core sending and scheduling features are available on both.
• Pro is activated with a valid Payhip license key verified server-side.
• When Pro expires, behaviour reverts to Free (including periodic promos and moderator restrictions).

4. Service Availability and Liability

The service is provided as-is with best-effort availability. Temporary interruptions, third-party outages, or provider changes may occur. Liability is limited to the extent allowed by applicable law.

5. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated over time. Continued use of 🧭 Eisenor after an update means acceptance of the latest version.
