Winstor

Link your bot with 🎩 Winstor — moderation for groups and networks

Your bot in every chat.Automatic moderation and subscribers under control.

Link your own Telegram bot to Winstor: your name and avatar show in the groups. The simplest start is Telegram’s guided Managed Bot flow in chat with Winstor; alternatively you can paste a token from @BotFather. On Free you get content and link moderation; with Pro you manage plans, day/week/month limits on counted messages, and expiry notices — all from the staff group, without spreadsheets or side chats.

Start in Telegram: open @winstor_bot — no code, no servers to run. UI in Italian and English.

Who is Winstor for?

People who run Telegram group or channel networks with paid placements: rules enforced by the bot, staff kept in the loop, and less time spent chasing messages.

From manual chaos to clear rules

If you run networks with ads, you know the pattern: messages that become links after an edit, people who aren’t paying trying to promote anyway, staff without the same numbers, and groups getting messy while you try to keep the books straight.

Winstor links a child bot to your account (Telegram Managed Bot or a @BotFather token): that’s what members see in the groups. You set a staff group and, if you want, a subscribers chat; you choose which chats are included or excluded. You get moderation with a built‑in disallowed‑terms filter, anti‑link where it applies, and — with a Pro licence on the parent bot — plans, limits, and expiries, with sensitive commands in private when Telegram allows it.

What it does, in plain terms

Five things that matter if you sell space and want the network under control.

Your brand in the group, not a faceless bot

The bot that moderates and (with Pro) manages subscribers is yours: name, avatar, and token are yours. Winstor stays the hub for linking, the licence, and Pro checkout.

Moderation that catches common tricks

Built‑in disallowed‑terms filter (on by default, owner can turn it off), anti‑link in included chats, staff notifications with quick actions.

Pro: subscribers and plans without extra spreadsheets

With Pro you create and manage subscription plans (labels and limits), register subscribers, search and edit, deactivate without deleting. Expiries and reminders are automated, including optional summaries for staff and subscribers chat.

Clear limits on counted messages

In included chats, counted messages towards the plan limit include forwards, links, mentions of your own @username, and the whole word “online” — even if added later by editing the message. The window resets by calendar day, week, or month depending on setup. Non‑subscribers hitting those patterns are blocked; staff can mute or ban across included chats from the alert.

One team, one staff group

Day‑to‑day work happens in the staff group: aligned commands for everyone, differentiated /help for non‑staff admins. The bot admin can add moderators (with an optional super‑admin flag for broader powers). Using @admin in a message can notify staff so requests don’t get lost in noise.

Two different chats: the parent and your linked bot

Where you connect: link a bot, accept terms and privacy, and handle account‑level things (Pro key, language). A short “front desk” in Telegram, not the room where you moderate every message.

Your linked bot

The bot you add as admin in groups or channels. Easiest path: create/link it with the guided Managed Bot flow from Winstor; or paste a BotFather token. In private with /start you pick included/excluded chats, staff group, filters, and — with Pro — subscribers and plans. Everyday commands live here with your team.

How Pro helps you earn on the network

Pro doesn’t run a marketplace for you: it formalises who paid and how much they can promote in included chats. You attach limits per plan and time window (day, week, or month). Non‑subscribers are stopped automatically; subscribers exhaust counted slots before the window resets. Staff get alerts and can mute or ban across chats from buttons — less time arguing in public. Subscribers can still chat normally when counted slots are used up. On Free, periodic Bottaviano promos may appear in eligible chats; on Pro, those periodic promos are not sent — useful if you sell space and don’t want third‑party promos in your groups.

Questions

Where do I change settings for my community?

Mostly in private chat with your linked bot after /start — that’s the control room. 🎩 Winstor is where you first connect the bot, accept terms, and handle Pro on your account.

What’s the difference between 🎩 Winstor and my own bot?

Winstor is the parent you use for linking and account stuff. Your linked bot is the one in your groups: moderation menus, staff, and (with Pro) subscribers.

How do I get 🍸 🎩 Winstor Pro?

From the bot, follow the checkout link you’re given, complete the purchase, then paste the licence key you receive into the chat with 🎩 Winstor.

Why do subscribers need a Telegram username? What about media?

With Pro, counted‑message rules in included chats expect a username; without one, messages can be removed with a notice. There are also rules around media for non‑subscribers. Details and edge cases are in the in‑bot help.

Can I customise the disallowed‑terms list per bot?

Today the sensitive‑content filter uses a shared, built‑in pattern set in the product. You can turn the filter on or off as the bot owner.

Is my data in good hands?

We only run what the service needs to work. The details are in our privacy and terms on this site — written to be read.

Can I link more than one bot to Winstor?

The product is built so one Winstor account pairs with one linked bot at a time. You can change bot from settings when your situation changes, following the in-bot flow.

Looking to publish and schedule with your bot?

🧭 Eisenor is the solution for you: It allows you to send posts to groups and channels where you insert the bot, you have the history and the possibility to intervene on posts already sent. Take a look!
