• Telegram identifiers and profile metadata for you, staff, moderators, subscribers (where Pro features are used) and chats involved in the service.
• Connected bot technical data (including the bot token stored encrypted server-side), webhook configuration, chat/staff/subscriber settings, moderation counters and related operational metadata—not editorial broadcast queues.
• Operational logs for reliability, security and abuse prevention.
• Payment and Payhip license verification data needed for Pro status.

3. Why We Process Data

• Provide linking (managed bot or token), moderation, staff and subscriber notifications, included/excluded chat lists, optional periodic Bottaviano promotional messages on the Free parent plan, and Pro-only subscriber tools.
• Manage Pro subscriptions, renewals and license validation.
• Prevent abuse, investigate incidents and keep the service stable.
• Provide technical support when you request it.
