🎩 Winstor Terms and Conditions

Terms governing the use of 🎩 Winstor and related services.

1. Service Description

🎩 Winstor is a Telegram bot through which each user may connect and manage one Telegram bot: after accepting terms and privacy, linking is done either via Telegram’s managed-bot creation flow (with Winstor as the managing bot) or by providing a valid @BotFather token. The linked bot provides moderation in groups and channels where it is added (disallowed-content filtering, staff-group alerts, quick actions such as ban/mute, included/excluded chats). It does not provide mass editorial broadcasting or scheduled post publishing for marketing campaigns. On the Free parent plan the linked bot offers text moderation only; with a valid 🍸 🎩 Winstor Pro (Payhip) license on the parent it may also offer subscriber management, subscription plans, daily (or weekly/monthly) limits on spam-counted messages, optional subscribers-group notices, and moderators on the linked bot. Plans on the parent include Free (with periodic Bottaviano promotional messages about every two days) and Pro (Payhip: no periodic promos, moderators on the user’s bot).

2. User Responsibilities

• The user is responsible for the bot token and all actions performed through the connected bot.
• The user must comply with Telegram policies and applicable laws.
• Abusive, illegal, or harmful uses are prohibited.

3. Plans and Payments

• Free and Pro on the parent differ mainly by periodic Bottaviano advertising (Free) versus no periodic ads (Pro), and by moderator limits on the linked bot (none on Free, unlimited on Pro). Text moderation and chat inclusion/exclusion are available on Free; subscriber management, spam-limit plans, and related staff commands require Pro on the parent.
• Pro is activated with a valid Payhip license key verified server-side.
• When Pro expires, behaviour reverts to Free (including periodic promos, moderator restrictions, and disabling subscriber-only features on the linked bot).

4. Service Availability and Liability

The service is provided as-is with best-effort availability. Temporary interruptions, third-party outages, or provider changes may occur. Liability is limited to the extent allowed by applicable law.

5. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated over time. Continued use of 🎩 Winstor after an update means acceptance of the latest version.
